Our partners are some of the most experienced appellate lawyers in the State of California. Each partner has between 20 and 30 years experience in appellate litigation. Collectively, we have litigated hundreds of writs and appeals in both state and federal courts. Our experience includes litigating and arguing cases before the California Supreme Court, the Nevada Supreme Court, the California Courts of Appeal, the United States Supreme Court, the United States Courts of Appeals for the Second, Seventh, Eighth, Ninth, Tenth, and Federal Circuits, and the Bankruptcy Appellate Panel.
We are dedicated to high quality representation in the appellate courts. In contrast to a bigger firm, we do not delegate any of our work to inexperienced associates.
